ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED (SHIPPING)
Shortly after your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order; details regarding your order will also be provided. Purchases of $100.00 (CAD) or more, pre-tax, shipping to any Canadian Province will receive free standard shipping. If your purchase is under $100.00 (CAD), pre-tax, standard shipping rates will apply. All purchases shipping to any of the Canadian Territories will be subject to standard shipping rates and are excluded from free shipping and/or express shipping. Please see the FAQ section of this website for more information.
Please note that at this time we are unable to offer an express shipping option due to many delivery delays being experienced by Canada Post.
Expected delivery time is between 7-10 business days with standard shipping. Please allow additional time for shipments to territories and more remote locations.

AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED (TRACKING)
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the associated tracking number. The e-mail will provide a link, for you to follow, that will take you to Vince Camuto’s carrier’s website, where details of your shipment will be provided. Additionally, you can track your order by logging into your account. There you can view your order history, including tracking information.
ONCE YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ORDER (RETURNS)
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, within 30 days from your purchase date, you can return the good(s) for a refund. Please note that returns must be unworn, undamaged, in the same state that you received them, and in the original packaging. If you decide to return the good(s), please follow the procedure outlined below:
1. Please pack the item(s) with a printed copy of your order confirmation in the original shoe or boot box, place in a carton, and seal with packing tape.
2. To receive your RA# and pre-paid return label, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item you are returning, and the reason for the return. On receipt of the emailed Return Label, please drop off your Return to your nearest Canada Post outlet. Please keep in mind that returns may be subject to a $5.00 pick-up fee per item.
