What's happening Vince? Quality is going downhill

I purchased these shoes and returned them because 1) they were too long 2) they were too narrow and 3) the quality was pathetic, they looked cheap. They even smelled like $20 dollar shoes from the discount store. Vince - you have ALWAYS made amazing shoes with impressive fit and quality but lately that is not the case. You clearly changed suppliers to maximize your bottom line - that is SO SAD!! If this keeps up, I will no longer be a customer.
