This was my first order from Vince Camuto and I couldn’t wait to get the FAB boots. I wore them the day I received for my birthday dinner ( a sit down dinner by the way) when I arrived home and took them off I couldn’t believe the heel finishing was all peeling off!! I wrote to customer service as I love the boots but for the price , they should not be coming apart like this. I was inquiring if it may just be a fault in the pair I received as I would have loved to exchange them , or receive a new pair. I must admit, I was surprised by their answer, no comment as to my pictures but a simple , here’s a return label, send them back for a full refund. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate the offer of a refund but I really wanted these boots… just not a pair that looks very worn after one use
